Kitt brings a calm, service-first approach to every conversation as an active listener and natural problem-solver. A Sauk Rapids resident since 2013, Kitt is detail-oriented and focused on making investments simple and clear for our customers. Kitt graduated from Minot High School in North Dakota and earned the FLMI designation from LOMA in 2017. Community involvement has included volunteering at community adaptive sports events, Habitat for Humanity, and river-habitat restoration in Minneapolis, as well as volunteering at the Johanna wood-fired kiln firings at Saint John’s University. Outside the office, Kitt enjoys birdwatching, tending a kitchen garden and native prairie plants that support pollinators, and making pottery while collecting unique ceramics. Kitt joined our team in September 2025.

His life’s greatest joy is being a father, and he loves spending time in the great outdoors with his son. He is a former DJ, and loves giving back to the community any time he can.
