"A live person always answers the phone during business hours! No push one for this or whatever. If I do have to leave a message, she always calls back within minutes! I have been with this agency for 15 years already! I prefer dealing with local people, not 1-800 people. The staff is so friendly and are never in a rush to get me off the phone. The claims process is always fair and quick. The rates on my cars and home are extremely competitive. I have no need to change companies. I recommend them to everyone!"
